While hypnotherapy is never intended to replace medical or psychiatric treatment, scientific research has proven it to be an important full spectrum therapy. Hypnosis is now being used by the National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH) for their research purposes. Many medical experts, endorse the benefits of hypnosis and recommend it as an adjunct therapy to their patients. Some of the many adult and adolescent services provided include pain management, weight loss, sports performance, stress reduction, sleep improvement, smoking cessation and increased oxygen levels. Experience how hypnotherapy assists individuals in altering mind/body patterns to create beneficial change.
